RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
I will replace your order at no cost to you if I made an error or refund you in full including shipping (if you prefer)
If the error was made by the customer, I will do a new order for you but the cost for the product and shipping will be paid for by the customer.
Errors on the customers part include the following:
1. Not giving the order of names in which they should be placed on the shirt. (There is an area for you to put this information- "Special Instructions" area. This only applies if you request to do so. Otherwise I will place the names in an order that is pleasing to the eye.
2. Wanting particular colors of thread but not putting that request on the order form.
3. Misspelled names or incorrect titles for the shirt.
4. Wrong size or color of article (I can change that if I have not embroidered it yet)
Do to the nature of the product being personalized and especially made for you, I cannot accept returns or refunds unless I have made the error.
Please contact me within 30 days if you feel there is a mistake in the order.
